Really good personal customer service. Called back promptly, goods shipped on time, good advice, discount given.
The Kelim rugs are truly unique and hand made, each different. The vibrant colours are what attracted me and did not disappoint and brightened up my hallway. Ideal for high traffic area in the house.

The items are really nice, the team was responsive when asking for delivery details and tracking. Thank you !

I’m very happy with my lovely new hall runner - it’s well made and the colours are beautiful. The customer service and communication were also outstanding, thank you Imaco Rugs :)

We are so pleased with the rug from Imaco. Lovely quality, beautiful vibrant colours and so much better than from the high street shops. Very helpful, immediate response to questions and an amazing range. Definitely buying a couple more now we’ve seen this one.

Absolutely beautiful kilim at an excellent price. Very good communication when there was a slight delay due to flooding in Pakistan. Thoroughly recommend Imaco Rugs

Beautiful runner, really pleased with the quality and colours.
Much better than ones available in the superstores. Really good communications with Imaco rugs, so pleased we are buying more.

I ordered 2 bespoke runners from Imaco Rugs. The person I worked with at the company was extremely helpful in helping me to design and choose what would work best in my home. They have excellent communication and really make you feel like your business is important to them. I would highly recommend them. They sell a high quality, beautiful product that supports artisans.
