Refund policy
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund, as preferred.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notes on Handmade Products
Our products are handmade, and each piece is unique. Small variations are part of their charm and authenticity. Please keep in mind:
- Color variation: Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.
- Size variation: Handmade products may differ slightly (up to a few centimeters) from the listed size.
- Pattern & shape: Patterns may not be perfectly straight, and edges may have slight irregularities due to the hand-weaving process.
- Texture & finish: Minor imperfections are natural in hand-knotted or hand-woven items and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for both way shipping costs — this includes the original delivery cost (covered by us when shipping out) and the return shipping cost.
- Returns related to the natural variations listed above (colour, size, shape, weaving irregularities) are not considered defective. You are still welcome to return the rug within 30 days, but both delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Custom or made-to-order rugs are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect.
- Sale and clearance items are final and not eligible for return.
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
- Refused or undeliverable packages will have both way shipping costs deducted from the refund.
- Items returned used, damaged, stained, washed, or with odors (including perfume, smoke, pets) will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests submitted more than 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired are not eligible.
- Items returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories may be subject to a partial refund deduction.
